2018 Mercedes E-Class Brochure Leaks Ahead Of Wednesday's Debut
A number of images of the 2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class Coupe have leaked online ahead of the model’s official debut on Wednesday. These pictures from a leaked brochure were picked up by Belgian website AutoTijd and show the E-Class Coupe in all of its stylish glory in both Avantgarde and AMG Line trims. Generally speaking, the new E-Class Coupe looks just like we had expected, sharing most of its design with the S-Class Coupe and the smaller C-Class Coupe. That means that compared to the sedan, the E-Class Coupe receives a slightly sportier front end, two fewer doors, a sleek new roof line and a set of thin, horizontal taillights.

So it appears Benz has found the perfect car to support their design language. While the C coupe is a great looking car, its compact size cuts the design language off at some points making the lines feel rushed, the S Coupe on the other hand hot car yet stretches the design language to its limit and yet it still doesn't quite deliver the presence the car is capable of.

This E Coupe though...is absolutely perfectly proportioned not only for its segment but benz's design language, I can't stop looking and wondering if I'm about to get back in the coupe game. Those air con vents are sick on the dash and it just works everything just fits on this E.

Well done

The S-coupe is still the design leader for Mercedes' coupes. Its aesthetic is absolutely perfect and its road presence is virtually unapproachable.

That being said, this E-coupe fits in perfectly to the coupe lineup. Though not a fan of that split quarter window, it looks more elegantly executed than the outgoing model. I definitely think this will be a very successful car and Mercedes-AMG needs to make a E63 version (though I'm hearing they will not, disappointing).

I agree with all the above comments but why am I not seeing a lot of them on the street yet? Is there a wait list? Does anybody know?

This new E-Class Coupe will be a huge hit for Mercedes-Benz. With a larger body size that allows the lines to flow more elegantly than on the C-Class Coupe and a cheaper price than the expensive S-Class Coupe, this vehicle will be a big winner for Mercedes-Benz.

Looks nice. But then it looked nice the first two times they came out with this car as the S-Class Coupe and C-Class Coupe.

Where is the differentiation between the Coupes?

S-Class is nice, the "S" trickle down is nice, but they all look the same. Its designs like this that box a car company into a corner.

By the way, the rear 3/4 view of all current Mercedes is pretty ugly. Front is nice and profile is nice - rear is unresolved and somewhat awkward.

The new gen MB SUV's are not handsome.

Is MB the new Audi? Same sausage, different length, different girth?
