Kind of a dumb list. The Volvo XC90 shows 200+% growth b/c the new model wasn't available in the US in 2015. I believe Volvo stopped production of the previous model in 2014 so comparing the 2015 figures to 2016 is very misleading. Also, the Mercedes GLE/M-Class doesn't have a 200+% increase. This list must be using ML-specific sales against GLE-specific sales when the names weren't combined on Mercedes' sales chart.

I common mistake, GM (Chevy and GMAC) outsells Ford pickups (F series).
