Mercedes-Benz Ups The Ante With 400+ HP In Next Gen AMG A 45

Mercedes is gearing up to trump its rivals by taking the hot AMG version of the next A-Class north of 400bhp, the boss of the performance division has revealed.

The existing AMG A 45 has enjoyed its status as the world’s most powerful hot hatch ever since it first appeared in 2013. Its 2.0-litre four-cylinder turbo produced 355bhp at launch, although this figure has subsequently been boosted to 376bhp.

So little old men and ladies will now be commanding 400+ H.P. cars. Muscle car have that level of power. So are Mercedes Muscle A cars?

Frankly they need to make a 600HP hatch, because it would be awesome. I think the idea of hatch looks and hypercar performance is the way to go! Get a sleeper car. Why show off you have too much money. Also cant beat the comfort of a nice hatch. Good visibility. Easy to park. If you dont care about looks, this is the way to go.
