MYSPACE ADVERTISING

I have noticed that more and more car companies are advertising on myspace, even toyota! Is this a good thing or a bad thing?

It is neither. It is just advertising - and most people just censor it nowadays anyway.

Stick a fork in myspace. These ads killed them.

I'm sure there are a handful of people that do have a MySpace page.

If you notice, the ad are of base model cars. You'll never see a BMW 5 or 7 Series, Lexus, MBz advertising on such websites. At least, I don't think they should anyway. People will perceive these ad as "desperate" if they do.

Because business execs, or the kind of people who are looking to buy a 5 or 7 Series don't have myspace.
