2009 Nissan 350Z

2009 Nissan 350Z
Nissan is preparing an evolutionary design for the 2009 350Z, a design that softens some of the harder edges of the current model. One of the biggest changes will be a wider track, that will necessitate extended wheel flares front and rear.

The front will get a slimmer look, with a less upright airdam and smaller headlight clusters. Mechanically the 2009 350Z is not expected to change much. It will be powered by the same V6 engine, probably with a bigger output, somewhere arround 325hp.

The new 350Z will debut in arly 2008 as a 2009 model.

Don't like that hunched-over look in the rear quarters.

Hopefully, it will just be a polished version of the current model, which has very slick styling.

I don't like the hatchback sedan look. It doesn't have sports car looks.

It has gone from bad to worse! How much will they be paying people to drive those?

the current gen looks pretty good I think, great car for the price. Not so sure about the hatchback look of this one though, not that it's going to look anything like that anyway.

Well the good thing is those ugly tail lites can't be seen thats on the current car.. but thats the only good I can see in this design. And the rear flairs are way to big... but its only a drawing so there is a chance it could be changed..

The rear end will probably look more in line to the big brother in the GTR.Now the color does it no justice.Hopefully they will debut it at the Tokyo auto show.Again with bigger wheels pkges.

Evolutionary design for 2009??? Are you kidding! This remake is GARBAGE. The only changes needed for the current model is MORE power, make it lighter, and maybe an all wheel drive package.Don't screw up my Z!

AS WE ALL KNOW THE "Z" (ZETA) HAS MAINTAINED A PRESTIGES AND ELITE LOOK.THE EVOLUTIONARY DESIGN FOR 2009 IS NOT QUITE THE LOOK THAT WE "Z" ENTHUSIAST'S ARE DIGGING.FOCUS MORE ON PERFORMANCE AND MODIFICATIONS SUCH AS (PONIES) BEEFER HP AND TOURQE.MY FATHER OWNS A 2004 GRAND TOURING 350Z.JACOB age12.
