Talk about a sensationalistic headline!

The tax "could surge" but it hasn't yet.

Even if it were implemented, it would apply to expensive cars.

The actual monetary amount is something that NONE of the wealthy owners will miss. NOT that socking it to the rich is morally OK, but in a fascist-socialist, Liberal country like the UK, such taxation without representation is the normal order of business.
