The new coupe definately outdoes its predecesor.

The 335i is better than the E46 M3, and the 335Si, M3, M3 CSL are coming. Hopefully a new M3 GTR too.

And there is plenty of juice left to squize from the chassi and engines too.

Ofcourse for Europe the 335d should be interesting. And in a few years the Blutec diesels version will come.

Technically...the 335i is as much as bamboo rocket with it's newly found turbos made by Mitsubishi. I guess the German do need a far east assistant to retain its ultimate driving status.

I would consider get 335i if it came with M3 brakes systems and LSD.

Putting a turbo into smaller engineer to output a high hp result is basic pocket rocket idea. Made famous by many Japanese cars.

335i is great...I'm in no way bashing it. I think it a great car. I'm just calling it for what it is.

Sorry bro but that wouldn't suit a BMW. Maybe an Import from Japan. You must be a import tuner because you like Lambo doors. I'm a fan of import cars but I don't like to "soop" up cars to improve it's exterior appeal. Why not just spend the money to get a car that needs no 'aftermarket' touch up?. It's just my two cents.

I know its a passion to tune cars to its limit but the ammount of money spent doing that you may as well get an exotic or a higher end Euro sports car or even higher end Luxury import.

THe new engine does. The styling isn't bad but not as handsome as the last gen car. The interior also pales in comparison to the last gen car. If I could get this year engine in the old car I'd be in love.

I understand tuning a car to squeeze every ounce of performance potential out and maybe a few tasteful cosmetic mods (aftermarket wheels, subtle body modifications), but I got news for you...nobody pulls up next to your scissor-doored honda accord and says "shit, nice lamborghini!" And nobody pulls up to your scissor-doored slk55 and says "is that the SLR's little brother?" And if you think they do, you are very naive. Most people think it looks foolish (women included), not to mention the fact the $10,000 you spent on stupid "mods" will not be recovered in sale or trade of the vehicle in any way shape or form. You want to get laid, get a decent personality and a bar tab, Ace.

i want a black 335i .. i had some guy come up behind me up in one on the highway.. oh dayam!! looks damn nyce.. my verdict.. is350 is better looking then 3-sedan.. but 335i has no comparison :)

i wonder why the engine is so underrated by bmw. because some dyno tests showed 300hp to the wheels.. which is about 375 hp at the engine.. so its making a lot more horse power than the IS350.. maybe its because of the current model m3?

Probably to escape taxation. In european countries there are taxes on HP.

Also the turbo pocket rockets were not a japanese invention.

The Chevy Corvair Monza and BMW 2002 Turbo (TIK) were the first turbo pocket rockets.

looks absolutely incredible, however, I personally am lookin' foward to the Audi A5 over this bimmer. It is VERY nice though.
