CAR WARS! DRAG RACE Edition: Who Takes The 1/4 Mile Crown Between The Cadillac CTS-V And All-new Porsche Panamera Turbo?

When thinking of sport sedans with supercar performance, the two first vehicles that should pop into your mind are the Cadillac CTS-V and Porsche Panamera. Of course there's the likes of the BMW M5 and Mercedes-AMG E63, but the former two do things a bit differently. 

The Cadillac has an unreal motor that pulls for days while the Porsche feels far more sporting than other big-boned, luxury sedans. 

But what happens when they both square off at the O.K. Corral? Time to find out.

The folks over at GTBoard did what they do best. Put together two giant killers and see what happens when given a 1/4 mile of runway to explore.

Listening to the CTS-V's supercharger howl is worth the 54 seconds I invested watching the video. Cadillac should market the CTS-V exhaust note as a ring tone.

Oh, by the way, the CTS-V left the Panamera Turbo in the dust.

The CTSV is a wonderful premium sedan, but not very good at being a Cadillac.

About what you'd expect from a rolling start. Now let's see them go off the line. I suspect the results would be quite different
