BMW Invests $600 Million And Makes South Carolina Plant It's Largest Production Facility
BMW had more to announce today than just the all-new X3, as their Spartanburg plant in South Carolina has officially became the company’s largest production location.

As is, the US-based factory employs more than 9,000 people, but the Bavarian car maker plans to add a further 1,000 positions by 2021 as announced by BMW AG Chairman Harald Kruger.

Investing more in plants outside of Europe is wise for a variety of reasons. The most obvious is keeping the psychotic German unions at bay. The inevitable implosion of the European market would put auto production there at risk. Additionally, with the unabated Islamification (sic) of Europe the increase in terrorism we've already seen will only get more intense.

How is their largest plant new again their largest? They should subtract the value of imported parts when assessing true production and export value.
