Tuners Already Lining Up Aftermarket Accessories For The Model 3

Tesla’s Model S and Model X already are popular cars to offer upgrades on from aftermarket car modifications companies.

Now they are already turning to Model 3 after the official reveal of the production version last week.  It is not exactly surprising considering that Tesla has over 500,000 reservations for the vehicle and they expect to produce it at a rate 5 times higher than Model S and Model X.

Some of the most popular Tesla aftermarket tuners are Tsportline, which claims to be the “world’s first Tesla tuner”, and Unplugged Performance, which offers some of the most popular aftermarket products for Tesla vehicles.

With speakers to create the sound of the ricer exhausts, scantily clad meth-ta-tutes cavorting on their babydaddy's car, and TONS and TONS of pictures.

Tesla already does not allow ANY outside service personnel access to its computer systems - even those who do Auto Body repair must return the car to the TESLA service point if a service light was set. And - they have already REFUSED to clear the codes and make the car driveable - if repairs do no meet their unstated levels of excellence. WHile laws in most states say that they cannot require you to use their service UNLESS IT IS FREE - they can make your accident a real problem once an Auto Body Shop not recommended by them - cannot get an appointment to reset your computer for a week - but your insurance will not pay the car rental bill for the wait.

Until one can access these codes - no one will be "Tuning" the electrical propulsion system. THESE "tuners" will be limited to suspension and aero modifications that do not affect or are not checked by the computer systems.
