When you need the cars to be right next to each other to see the differences - I would suggest that those differences are not worth it for the most part. FCA does this because they cannot afford to really make changes (See the Chrysler 300 for that) - but eventually - style will change enough that these cars will look older and older - and as BMW has proven - the buyers will move on.

The similarity in design makes me wonder whether the "all new" Jeep is really the "all old" Jeep with new styling. Word is getting out that the "all new" Ram is just a rebody of the current one.
