Marchionne Met With The Feds In 2016 About UAW's Misappropriation Of Millions
Fiat Chrysler Automobiles NV CEO Sergio Marchionne has a criminal defense lawyer and has been questioned by federal investigators about a $4.5 million corruption scandal involving the automaker’s training center, The Detroit News has learned.

Marchionne was questioned during a private meeting in July 2016 with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in downtown Detroit, sources familiar with the investigation said. The Italian auto executive was escorted to the meeting by his white-collar, criminal defense lawyer, William Jeffress of the Washington, D.C., law firm Baker Botts.

What's new here. This has been going on for decades. Only the names have changed. Unions, political parties, the mafia and manufacturers worldwide have frequently entered into questionable and illegal backroom alliances to further their own best interests. This is why unions need to be banned from all political action and for union membership to be 100% voluntary by law. Unions demand and get "closed shop" environments and then they siphon money off to bribe Democrats. The USA needs to be a right-to-work nation and I hope that is what Trump does in his second term.
