WHICH Car Is BETTER Looking? The All-new Kia Stinger OR The All-new Audi A7?
It's no secret. In order to sell cars, they have to look good. Unless, they're the second-generation Toyota Prius, which had alternative reasons as to why it was a sales success.

This has led to manufacturers spending more time making sure their products have swagger. This has resulted in a Ford looking similar to an Aston Martin, Hyundai's mimicking Mercedes-Benz vehicles and, our personal favorite, the all-new Kia Stinger.

The Stinger is a unique take on the four-door coupe with cues that that appear to be derived from the Germans, Italians and even the Far East. It's a bit of a nutty amalgamation that will definitely result in one thing: Getting attention.

Having said that, we wanted to compare the $30,000 Korean import to something a bit more luxurious and get the Spies' take. That would be the $70,000 Audi A7.

So, let's hear it, Spies: WHICH car is BETTER looking in your eyes? The all-new Kia Stinger or the all-new Audi A7?

I'd take the Stinger. It may not be exactly pretty, but it's much more interesting to look at than the Audi with its generic-looking, 20-year-old-Camry-dull styling. The A7 looks like it could be a minor Toyota Avalon restyle.

I like the Stinger front end. The side sucks - looks like any cheap mid size sedan with an Allen Wrench glued to the side.

If I had to choose between these 2 I'd take the Audi, but I ain't luvin' that either.

In and of itself, I don't like the new A7's styling. Too clean. Too generic. Too feminine.

That being said, this comparison actually makes me appreciate its clean and modern design compared to the already-outdated Stinger which takes a Genesis coupe front-end, marries it to the greenhouse, and sticks a Dodge Dart rear-end onto it. Then puts a red-stripe afterthought on the side. Not a car that I'd be willing to shell out more than $50k for, maybe $35k at the top.

Oops, I meant "marries to the Optima greenhouse".

Audi. Kia competes with Buick and Lincoln.

A7 is beautiful. Kia is... Something else.
