RAISE and PRAISE: Which Vehicle FEATURES And MODS Are YOU Most Thankful For This Thanksgiving?
Having had the opportunity to drive plenty of vehicles over the years, I can easily say that I've become a bit jaded when it comes to a normal car and its respective features. It's quite humbling to hop back into my daily driver Volkswagen Golf that lacks power seats, power window, navigation, USB ports and anything else you can think of that's considered "the norm," on today's vehicles.

Of course this changes when I slip behind the Alcantara steering wheel of the M2. With lane keep assist, auto-adjusting high beams, wi-fi connectivity and a capable navigation system, there's plenty to like. Every time I am on the run and I need to take a conference call, the USB ports are a life saver.

But there's nothing quite like the M Performance Exhaust that brings a smile to my face.

For Agent 001, however, I know he will tell me that while he loves his Ford F-150 and Jeep Grand Cherokee, there's nothing quite as good as the Jeep's Adaptive Cruise Control. As you can imagine in SoCal, it's a brilliant function to have.

All that said, we wanted to ask you, Spies: WHICH vehicle FEATURES and MODS are you most thankful for this Thanksgiving?

Let us know in the comments below.

Gotta have the foglights stay on w/ the high beams.

Makes a difference.

While those things are nice - I am thankful for

1 - Transistor based radios - the tube ones generally did not warm up for quite a while in the winter
2 - Power steering - Some cars were near impossible to steer
3 - Floor Shifters - My first car had a 3 speed on the column - worst possible set up
4 - Independent suspensions - A much better ride and handling
5 - Radial Tires - much better handling and they last longer too
6 - Automatic Transmissions (My second job got my kids through college)
7 - Station Wagons- with gaggles of kids and foster kids over the years - the time before Mini-Vans required several 3 seat Wagons - all of which served admirably - I miss them. My last one - a Mercury Sable - got to 400,000 miles before it gave up.

I am thankful for my M2's M Performance Exhaust and the infotainment display — I love being able to see the tire pressures/temperature at each corner. Very useful!

It was a mod, but I put heated seats into my 4Runner. Never had them in my Corolla. Loved them in my 3 Series. Nothing better after a cold MTB ride or when you have been out with the dog for a few hours in the winter.
