Adrenaline Motorsports's Subaru-Powered Murtaya

Adrenaline Motorsports's Subaru-Powered Murtaya
If the stars align under the UK's Adrenaline Motorsports, we may soon see this Subaru Impreza-based roadster in our corner of the globe. Sporting the Sube's AWD underpinnings and turbocharged flat four, the lightweight Murtaya -- pronounced "awesome" by the UK press, according to a company release (grammatical ambiguity, ours) -- could be the sportscar Subaru would never think to build. Planned to be available in a range of engine spec from 150 to nearly 400 horsepower, the roadster weighs between 1874 and 2039 lbs depending on setup, and the company says in top tune can sprint from zero to 62 in under three seconds. The cars are undergoing track testing currently; details of North American availablity, the company says, are forthcoming.
