Why must American manufacturers insist on these chrome-effect alloys as standard? Did anyone actually ask for them?

Other than that, a nice-looking car.

Who says they're standard? It's just a stock photo showing the top-of-the-line model, and maybe chrome finish is optional.

The rear end still looks like a minivan... Unless this car look distinctive in every way, don't you think people will still associate this with a 'Soccer mom'? First example that comes to mind is the Chrysler Pacifica.
