That Plugin Hybrid Lamborghini You Always Wanted Is On The Way
An electrified version of the new Lamborghini Urus SUV is on the cards, using the plug-in powertrain from a Porsche Panamera
A hybrid version of the all-new Lamborghini Urus is “necessary” according to a company insider, and could launch before the end of the decade.
Initially debuting with only one engine and gearbox configuration, an electrified option for the Urus is apparently next in line. Such technology is essential for the car’s success, in fact, especially in emerging markets like China.

*I* haven't "always wanted one," but that's inconsequential.
The question is whether enough qualified, serious, prospective buyers have always wanted one. I suspect that's not the case.

I agree - people who buy this level vehicle are hardly of the GREEN sect - and they generally have the dollars that UNLESS the Hybrid offers better performance (Not mpg) -the won't care.
Although I could see Jay Leno buying one.

Yeah :-( . And in my mind, they look like they belong on a VW. Not good for Audi and Lambo.

A definite miss from the front and sides. Overly styled. Tack-on body cladding look. Character lines all over the place. Really a visual mess. (Exhaust pipes are awesome though.)
