#NAIAS RUMOR: Agents Hear Rumblings Of Biggest Reveal Yet Coming To Detroit...
About this time every year, right before the holidays, the automakers gear up and start teasing, bit-by-bit, the all-new vehicles set to debut at the Detroit Auto Show (NAIAS). Already we've seen a couple hints and a reveal yesterday by Chevrolet.

While we're sure that more will be coming along the way, we're pretty interested to see who's going to surprise at the show. Over the past handful of years, the Detroit show is always dominated by whoever shows up with something from right field.

From what we've been hearing, the biggest reveal of the show will come from Ford who's rumored to be bringing the all-new Bronco to the party. This would make sense given that the Bronco was spoken about at the 2017 show and Ford typically likes to come to its hometown's event armed to the teeth.

Consider this: FCA's Jeep has given away all the juice with its debut of the all-new Wrangler in Los Angeles and Chevrolet's early reveal of the Silverado has essentially paved the way for Ford to completely own Cobo. It's almost as if it were planned.

I'd like to see Charger, Challenger, and Wagoneer concepts from FCA.

I'd like to see a Lincoln Town Car concept (next-generation Explorer Lincolnized).

I fear that given that the new Ranger is just the elsewhere Ranger adapted to the USA that the Bronco will just be an Everest with a badge change.

If Ford can pull a win like the 05 Mustang was, then sales will go nuts.

It will be interesting to see.

I've heard the same rumors regarding an Everest-based Bronco. Hopefully that's not the case.

@AgentOOR - I just googled what an Everest was. I can easily see Ford using that vehicle as a base, even with no changes as it is a reimagined Bronco. Time will tell.

The Bronco better be a cool car and not a mildly rehashed Everest. Ford has no need for another bland SUV (the distinction between a crossover and truck based suv is lost on most buyers). A rehashed Everest will be a non-starter against the Wrangler.
