Powerball Is Climbing, Again — If You Hit The Jackpot, WHICH Vehicle Are You Buying FIRST?
While I must admit I am not the type of guy that walks into a casino, strolls up to the roulette table and puts $500 on black, I am the kind of guy that will play the lottery. Once and a while I find it helpful to play, spend a bit of time daydreaming and then get my ass in gear when my feet find the ground again.

I think of it as motivation to achieve something better.

And I am pretty sure we've all played that game with our fellow enthusiast friends: "If money were not an option, what would you buy?" It can be a particular ride or your dream fleet.

Having said that, the Powerball game is climbing yet again and although you have a better chance of being abducted by an alien than winning the full banana, I just have to ask: IF you were to hit the $384 million dollar jackpot, WHICH vehicle are you buying FIRST?

For me, I'd want to pick up a rare toy first. Being a fan of Ferrari products, I'd love to park a naturally aspirated 360 Challenge Stradale or 458 Speciale sans stripe(s) in my garage.

What's your pick?

I already have enough money to buy the cars I want - so winning the Lottery would likely be something my Great Grandchildren could use for their college.

Fact is - I was torn between buying A Last Generation Rolls Phantom from my Boss (WIll have about 4,000 miles on it) -or buying a new Mercedes Maybach 12 Cylinder) - and I ordered the Mercedes - but it appears that I might get both after all.

My wish list includes Rimac Concept One, Lambo Huracan Performante, BMW F90 M5, Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk, Jaguar F type SVR Cabrio, BMW i8 Spider, and a large garage with detailing bay to keep them in..

Interesting question because I do not aspire to own a Ferrari or something at a high price point that is new. I can afford what I want. If anything, I'd probably buy classics, but even then I have too many cars now.

I'm not greedy and you wouldn't want to be too obvious, so a nice 911 GTS is all I need. Thanks for reminding me to buy a ticket today.

You are definitely right so I should have said: GT40 or AMG GT R or LC500

The 911 GTS also a solid choice.

Going to get my ticket now.

Just for fun a used Viper T/A with a sequential shift kit put in. Possibly a tune down the line. Likely orange. As well I would get a goofy custom license plate to go along with it. ORNPEEL ...

I'm richer than TomM and can also buy any car (or airplane) I want, but I'm thinking of getting a used Bentley from my supervisor.

You and Tom have compared tax returns? What else have you compared?

Tom is waaaaay too smart to pay taxes - I just had to go with a gut feel here.

I'm pretty sure TomM is against the tax cut that will let him keep more of his hard earned money. He will probably unilaterally raise his own taxes and pay more to show Trump a thing or two.
