How Long Until Bugatti Brings A SUV To Market?

I do not know how people get so excited about the possibility of a vehicle (THAT picture is horrible too) of a car that most of us will never have the money to buy - and will not be on the short list of people they will actually sell them to anyway. WE are talking about a Multi-million dollar vehicle that would NEVER look like that thing above - it would not sell at all.

Even assuming that an appropriate vehicle is designed - this is for the collector - likely most will not see a road regularly - and who would take a 2-3Million dollar car off road? I am not poor - but this is still well beyond me.
