Citroen planning North American return

Citroen says they are planning a North American return by 2008... But wait... not to the U.S.; to Canada first says president of Citroen. He stated saying that if sales go well in Canada, then they will move south of the border and most likely split dealerships with Mitsubishi. So Citroen is kind of putting Canada in a guinea pig situation. What do you readers think?

I believe Mitsubishi/Citroen can produce a series of luxury vehicles to challenge the souless offerings of Toyota.

This is fantastic news [if true that they'll come to the US] for two reasons:
(i.) More competition is good for the consumer - especially when Citroen designs are often stunning
(ii.) It'll help Mitsubishi dealers who have had a raw time the last few years
