Corvette Z06 Owners Claim Track Driving Cripples Car After Only 15 Minutes

Hopefully, this issue will be addressed so that it does not impact the mid-engined Zora / Corvette-ish model.

Not that this solves the issue, but I'm assuming that GM will argue the warranty applies to street use and not to track/racing. I've not seen the two Z06s I've played with do anything untoward, but clearly some people are pissy.

And to add insult to injury, anyone seen the recent video of the stock Z06 running against a stock 718 Cayman S on a drag strip. Who'd ever think that the 4 cylinder "hairdresser" car is faster than the 8 cylinder 'vette?
