Nice... They continue to do something right month after month. Loyal customers and new young buyers will keep this going.

This month, Audi was only 2k units behind Lexus. I can't help but repeat myself when I say that the best thing Audi did was bring over the A5 Sportback. Lexus really needs to watch their backs, especially with the rumored cancellation of the GS and what appears to be the failure of the RX-L to boost RX sales probably due to its horrific packaging (terrible lack of 2nd and 3rd row legroom compared to the competition).

@colecole That would be the CT given that the Prius is essentially a Corolla and that the CT is essentially a Prius.

Can you imagine AUDI passing LEXUS is sales here in the USA? Worldwide sales LEXUS cannot even compete. I guess reliability alone doesn't cut it anymore.

What is the most telling of Audi's enormous momentum in the U.S. market is that despite the A6, A7 and A8 all being replaced with their new models this year and an outdated Q3 that will be updated next year, Audi still manages sales gains every month.
Even with its most affordable SUV being outdated and half its sedan lineup set for replacement this year, Audi still manages an increase.
This is a very good sign for when the new A6, A7 and A8 go on sale this year and the new Q3 arrives next year.
