Police Discover Crashed McLaren Abandoned In Nevada Desert
Here’s your public service announcement of the day: Don’t speed on public roads. Time and time again, we see people driving excessively on public roads before things go terribly wrong. Not only do you put your life in danger, but also the lives of your occupants and those sharing the road with you. The McLaren 720S flung off into the desert in the above video appears to be the only vehicle involved in the accident, which sent the supercar far off into the Nevada desert. The video, from DailyDrivenExotics, shows the aftermath of the nasty crash.

As the video shows, somehow, miraculously, the occupants both survived this crash. If they were cats they would certainly have zero lives left to spare.

Did Roger Rodas teach us NOTHING? Jack butting around on public roads is beyond dangerous. This type of a report angers me. If you have a high performance car like a McLaren, the LAST place anyone has a right to wring it out is on public roads. Even with performance driving training, this is stupid behavior. Not only did they endanger themselves, innocent people could also have been affected. If you have a McLaren, you can afford track time which is safer.
