Consumer Advocacy Groups Line Up Against Tesla For Autopilot Claims
Two U.S. consumer advocacy groups urged the Federal Trade Commission on Wednesday to investigate what they called Tesla Inc.'s "deceptive and misleading" use of the name Autopilot for its assisted-driving technology.

The Center for Auto Safety and Consumer Watchdog, both nonprofit groups, sent a letter to the FTC saying that consumers could be misled into thinking, based on Tesla's marketing and advertising, that Autopilot makes a Tesla vehicle self-driving.

While you're at it, sue the phone manufacturers for enticing users to look at their phones while driving, the phone companies and the data plans that allow connectivity, and getting text messages in moving vehicles (which drivers just have to read right away).
Car manufactures try to make driving less stressful but it doesn't mean that the driver isn't supposed to pay attention.
Accidents happen everyday but you wouldn't know that because it seems only Teslas are reported.
