Virtually everyone on the roads speed today - from a little over to a lot over. ANd the Police care more about keeping the roads safe than if you are 1.5MPH over the limit except when they have to meet their ticket quota.

In NJ - there is a time in the Morning when the Police want to get all the people to work - or back home - where the speed limit is largely ignored(10-15 mph) - but there still remains a limit to safety - and I would suggest that double the speed limit in a construction zone is pure NUTS. A person who would think they could get a warning in that situation deserves time in jail.
