Toyota Confirms 4 Cylinder Supra To Round Out Line Up
The highly anticipated Toyota Supra finally made its first appearance at the 2018 Goodwood Festival of Speed, but it was disappointingly wrapped in camouflage. Toyota hasn't given any details about the production Supra, but it has been heavily implied that the car will be powered by a BMW-sourced 3.0-liter turbocharged inline-six producing 335 horsepower and 369 lb-ft of torque. This may not the Supra's only powerplant, as Road & Track reports the existence of an inline-four model below the inline-six.

If it's a 4 cylinder for $60K this is even more messed up.

A 4 cylinder TOYOTA Supra should sticker at $30K.

Just as predicted! Though this one probably will be under 300 hp, we'll see more and more MFR offer high output FI I4, similar to what AMG is doing on A45, to reduce moment inertia of engine, and its required structural reinforcing and weight.

I did not Know you already have alzheimer's - When did YOU find out?
I am sorry to hear that and wish YOU the best.

At least that explains a lot.

As far as the word "GEE" - it is still used for at least 3 different meanings all over the English speaking world. It is simply a word of surprise in one meaning - which I am about your malady.

Tom, you're just pathetic at delivering a punch. If you're going to do it, make it a good one.

Oh well - no purpose taking advantage of a person with Alzheimers - so I went easy knowing YOU find English Incoherent now - so you would NOT understand it anyway

The Porsche Cayman (718) has a 4, and it's one of the "best" sports cars around, even though some folks prefer a "better" engine sound.

If there is a GT86, you don't need a 4 cylinder version of the Bupra. Mark IV versions will continue to rise in price.

Given that the GT86 is a disaster, it's time to kill it. They languish on the lots.

Criticizes a guy for saying "gee" while using the word "fetching" himself in another thread. You can't make this sh*t up.

You are #fixated, #psychotic, and in deep need of therapy.

Clearly you believe that Tommy Tom Tom is so addlepated that he can't take care of himself and you have to step in.

Or maybe it's your arrogance.

Or both.

I think Toyota is running out of methods to sterilize this car with 4-cylinder and no manual, in addition to no distinction from the Z4.

Is this a cruel joke by a Toyota executive to say we gave you a sports car and it wasn't a success so general public don't expect any low volume(2-door sports cars) vehicles from Toyota.
