Actually - the left advocates LESS taxes for the average working person WHILE the RIGHT always manages to lower the taxes of the people in the Top 5% of earners.

THe fact is - by regulating CO2 emissions - in California - they have managed to reduce the number of Health emergencies dramatically over the years. Yes - it is the same bubble - but conditions are not the same all over it. WE are subject to the prevailing winds. However - the idea that we should allow OUR country to act as irresponsibly as some others is nonsense. It would be like saying that there should be NO speed limits because that is true in some middle east countries. PG&E (main Cali utility) is building a Gigawatt Grid Storage system over the next couple of years. That is enough to power an extra 100,000 electric cars simultaneously. Combined with rapidly increasing solar and renewable deployments, energy is a total non-issue.

Trump has simply been riding the wave of prosperity originated in the Obama administration. Even Shepard Smith from Fox news admits this. Wait till the China tariffs kick in and you find your average Walmart store costs 25% more to by things than before.
