Apex Motorsport has revealed the first images of its Jaguar XKR GT3 race car that it will be entering into the new FIA GT3 European Championship. The GT3 series is only in its second year but already there’s significant support from teams and sponsors, which will host six events next year starting with a non-championship opening event supporting the Australian Grand Prix in March.

I agree with IS3andME, jaguar needs to up their horsepower and increase the size of their engines to compete against the S-class, 7series, and A8's. Sure Jaguar's all about luxury and less about power but when other cars with equal or more luxury and can outpower you, it's a sign that you should up the ante and at least be CLOSE in terms of performance.


But don't get me wrong, I actually like the XJ/XJR. Very luxurious. Just comes short in the power output category.

Jaguar has nothing to do with this. They just gave a racing company permission to use their car basically.
