Skoda will be launching an all-wheel drive “Scout” version of the Roomster hatch, which is expected to be launched at next year’s Geneva Auto Show. These images taken in the Czech Republic were sent to us by a reader, and reveal that the Roomster Scout will feature an increased ride-height as well as larger plastic cladding than the standard vehicle.

The Europeans think this is a "stylish" people mover. Check the Asian-spec Honda Odyssey- it's actually beautiful, for a minivan.

Skoda isn't owned by Audi, it's owned by Volkswagen.

And if I'm correct, it's not based off of any other car in the VW Group.

Its based on VW polo and golf components (A3, Fabia, Octavia) but not their platform (its Skodas first platform without being based on VW).
