EXCLUSIVE VIDEO! Murano Killer? First Detailed Look At The 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe...
When Hyundai decided to step up its game a handful of years ago, there was one area that could have used improvement, in my opinion. And that was with its sport-utility vehicles.

Only recently have its SUVs become appealing.

2019 Hyundai Santa Fe

Take, for example, the latest Tucson. It looks brilliant and almost like a Korean Audi Q5. But, as expected, buyers want MORE — everything. The Santa Fe needed the all-new treatment.

The good news is it's finally here. And while we already showed you some great pictures that Agent 001 snapped while visiting his local dealer, we've got something a bit better this time around. It's a video that details all the important things you want to know about the all-new Santa Fe.

Stay tuned to AutoSpies.com for more info on the all-new Hyundai Santa Fe.

A little video was dropped into our hands...It's an internal video done by Hyundai to show off all the new features and what's different from the outgoing model. We hope you share and enjoy! And as always, SPY before you BUY! And please click to subscribe to see more videos!

WHen you are talking about a Nissan - which makes poor cars at best - virtually anything can compete - even a Hyundai. Still - a Japanese car ranks above one from Korea. What will sell the Santa Fe - remains the HUGE discounts that Hyundai dealers have to offer to move them from their lots. WHen a new Hyundai appears - it is only really popular for a few months - and then the discounts pile up because they will not sell otherwise

I note that FCA - selling their NEW Ram Pick Up - is already offering a $9500 combination of rebates on several models - and it has only been out a couple of months.

To be honest, all the Nissan hate in these comments seem completely subjective & not really based on actual real experiences. Piling-on mob affect. Anyhoo...

I've enjoyed both Nissans & Hyundai cars & CUV's for the past decade or so. The Murano has been the best - due to it's relationship to FX & most of the features it offers. I also won't knock Hyundai/Kia as well. They're great alternatives to the endless sea of Accords, Camry's, Civic's, etc. My Kia Forte had a better-sounding radio (loud deep bass) & offered USB ports for charging or playing music when competing Honda/Toyota/Chevy/Ford's had archaic instrument panels & center stacks. I really appreciated those simple features which provided great driving experiences.

The shortie Santa Fe already wallops the Morono for sales. It has been and is still better looking.

The Santa Fe beats the Murano in sales because Hyundai dealers offer such huge incentives (See any Sunday Paper) - that they undercut the Murano by THOUSANDS of dollars.

The Hyundai still looks like a generic crossover - while the new Murano has some distinctive - but polarizing styling.

The new Sante Fe design is safe while keeping good exterior proportions. If you notice, the midsize SUV is kinda following behind the M-B interiors for the C-class. Floating touchscreen center panel. Larger digital instrument panel. Small upscale touches here-and-there to keep up with competition but not necessary go too far. For the pricing.

Yes choosing lower durability and reliability makes sense when trying to appease your anti-Korean bigotry.

outside looks refined, interior design is not in sync with outside, too disjointed and I'm sure the handling is mediocre at best

Not sure why so much hate for Nissan. No, they don't make the most titillating cars but they've been solid for me. Had a Pathfinder for 4 straight years without a single issue and actually ranks as one of my favorite cars I've ever had. Had a 350Z for 6 straight years without a single issue and was a great car.

Admittedly, this Santa Fe is pretty handsome from the outside, much more palatable than the eyesore Murano. But, that interior looks pretty bad. The center stack looks like an alien robot or something that I wouldn't care to look at all day. And I am not a fan of any stand-alone (not built in) center display that has buttons on the sides of it. I much prefer the Murano dashboard/console design though the quality is highly questionable.

Horrible quality control? Putrid reliability?

We have a 2015 Santa Fe Ultimate with 120k plus miles. It's been and still is a great vehicle getting 28 to 30 mph with lots of great features. It is actually our second one because our first one, a 2014 passed the ultimate test by saving me in a horrific wreck by having a great safety features. Excellent car especially for the price.

What's a "bargain basement" CUV? They're all overpriced (in every category) b/c of consumer demand.

The problem with the new Santa Fe is that the design has regressed from the current model. This is surprising considering the current Tuscon was a big step up from the prior model.

Such bias talk about Hyundai. I have been driving nothing but for 20 years and love every one I have had. Now, don't compare to like Mercedes or BMW but average cars like VW, Toyota, Honda or Nissan and Hyundai will surpass every one...
