Good for Aston Martin. Things should really get going once the DBX comes out as well as the Lagonda series of pure electric vehicles.

This company has always found a way to survive and is on a roll. IPO price may be a bit rich but if you buy and hold it will be a winner for sure. Purchased 20 shares of Ferrari at $50 a share when it went public for my car crazy grandson's 11th birthday present...its now $137 a share a few years later. He likes to tell his friends "I don't own a Ferrari but I do own Ferrari!" Aston's IPO is Oct 8th and my grandson's 14th birthday is Oct 15th...plan to buy him 50 shares for his gift this year.

Having publicly traded stock makes the inevitable "take-over" by "____" even easier as there will then be a few years of audited, SEC-caliber financial history readily available. Being public also makes it more difficult to 'bury' any problems - it is the great leveler.

Aston has somewhat of an uphill battle. We wish them every success.
