Cars.com is now steering in a different direction as CEO: Tinder for new-car buyers.

Why not? Car buying has a right to evolve just like any shopping experience. Car Max changed things. Now Carvana.

The "Tinder experience" for car buyers? Are you serious? Tinder is known for being a hookup tool. That's "casual sex" in case you need to Google it. A car is the second-most expensive financial commitment most people will make in their lifetime (second only to a house). I'd think people are much less casual than a hookup when committing those kinds of resources.
