One LITTLE Detail About The Owner Of The Limo Company Whose Vehicle Killed 20 Sounds Fishy

A prosecutor said that when 28-year-old Nauman Hussain was stopped by police on Wednesday morning and arrested in the deaths of 20 people in a limo crash last weekend, he was traveling with packed bags, according to multiple news outlets.

That detail — disclosed at Hussain’s arraignment later Wednesday, as reported by the Associated Press, CBS News and local TV station WTEN  — raises the specter of a flight from justice. But it was disputed by Hussain’s defense attorney, Lee Kindlon, in comments after his hearing, according to WTEN.

Kindlon contended that his client’s family had received death threats in the days after one of the vehicles owned by their rental company Prestige Limo plunged downhill at a T-intersection of two state highways in Schoharie, New York, on Saturday...

This is still too early in the process - we still do not have real knowledge of the cause of the "crash".

It would be very hard to prosecute such a charge if the "driver" was found to have had a heart attack just prior to the Crash - for instance. THere are other so called "acts of gods" that would also result the same way

I note that while the car in question was found to be in violation - we still do not know WHAT they found to be insufficient. We have no further paper trail to know if the problem was rectified. ANd of course - no indication that the violation would have even come into play in the crash. It is possible - in some states - that the age of the vehicle could have been the violation for example.

WHile I am not trying to come up with Excuses - there are too many holes that will have to be filled before a proper judgement can be rendered.

Can't handle the truth of your tribe? That's how they think. Kavanaugh is guilty because of an accusation. Trayvon is innocent because of his ethnicity. And so on. This is how you approach the world.

While the crash itself may have been caused by the driver, the unlawful condition of the vehicle and violations may certainly have
contributed to the deaths of the individuals. If the driver was not qualified and/or the vehicle should not have been on the road, the owner/operator of limo service is liable.
