This will be a trendsetter's image tool. It will be a great truck, but this will be a major fashion statement for many. This needed to happen a decade ago. This is just an obvious product to build.

They aren't THAT unreliable. Not stellar, but OK.

FCA should worry that they do not get more warranty repairs than they can afford - However - Matt is correct in that they probably should have produced this years ago- and I believe they will initially sell all they can make.

I still prefer the Scrambler name to Gladiator. More family friendly.

Wrangler .... Scrambler.... Get it? Makes sense for the Jeep brand and for the buying public. Someone in marketing or branding did not think the name was tough enough so they switched it to Gladiator. Trying too hard....

What product competes with it? It's utility as a truck looks pretty limited. Although it should expand Jeep's overall market, it will probably cannibalize Wrangler sales in the process.

Good to see that Jeep remembered to select clunky looking tail lights to give the truck a fuddy duddy look.

Wrangler's super exorbitant pricing for very mediocre quality will meet major buyer resistance.

This new Gladitator pickup truck will be around 230” long, about the length of a Suburban XL.

It is FCA Wrangler that should be worried.
Why? Since Ford has announced they will be producing the 2020 'baby Bronco' which is a modern reincarnation of the 1966–1996's adorable Bronco.
