Yes, sure.
All the Tesla dealers were unhappy with Tesla for not dletting there be Tesla dealers.
You should switch on your brain if you find the I/0 thing.

NEWS FLASH - Tesla doesn't have any dealers! (This is a dealer satisfaction survey). Tesla only sells factory direct. So they wouldn't be on this list anyway.

I begin to question the study methodology. Mini on top?

This is the Dealer Experience.. Did you get a good deal, was financing good, was the overall experience good?...

My Mini dealership is exceptional in all categories. The experience was excellent

The less customers you have the more attention you can pay to them.

It's MINI not Mini... The customers have consistently raved about the sales/service experience plus the driving dynamics if you like small cars. Most Americans balk at MINI but they haven't even driven one.

The MINI is simply a european product - it has no Cache' here - from remembrance from the past - so its premium prices have no nostalgia to build on. It really is like FIAT - the 500 is another nostalgia car for europeans - and it even breaks down just like the original did too!

AS far as calling MINI - part of the mass market - they do not sell enough cars here to actually qualify for that. It is interesting to note that FOrd and Chevy rank above all the Japanese and German brands too - something I have been saying all along - when you have still many local dealers - you get better service from them.

Sure dealerships have substantially improved there facilities over time, yet I find the car sales experience as just a necessary evil. I know more about the vehicles I buy than probably anyone at the dealership.
