Is THIS The FIRST Look At The 2020 Supra In Production Trim?
As usual when such a high-profile car is about to be launched, the Internet goes nuts looking for info and picks, and gets filled with fan renderings, spy shots and alleged leaks. The latest such leak comes from Supra-specialized website Supramkv.

This past Friday, one of the website’s staff members posted three pics of a stunning looking car. The user, identified as Supra93, says “I got a random tip saying this is the new Supra” and then goes on asking people if they believe this is just another rendering of the Supra or the real deal.

It has two headlights. No doubt the design was inspired by Tesla with their revolutionary two headlights.

Was hoping for more. Just looks like an FRZ on steroids.

That being said, for the right price and the promised performance, I could be enticed.

It will be more than $50K

And it has ClearGlass™ a Tesla innovation! (As to it's looks - Godawful.)

Yawn, they’ve been teasing this thing for what seems like 10 years. I’m over it already.

For some reason the shape of the front hood reminds me of the original Z3...not a fan.

Ugly. Did Subaru style this too?

I'd prefer FT-1 Concept

It has even shorter overhang behind rear wheel than Z4... Better save some weight from that move!

1st question....who's gonna buy this? Toyota should have put their effort towards a major update for the Sequoia and/or making a large CUV for Lexus as well.

Looks fun for the guy with a track membership.

They should have envisioned it as a Mustang competitor with a $25-30K Celica version and a $35-45K Supra version. This simply will not sell.

I am not sure "style" is the right verb.

Maybe if it WASN'T called a supra we would be more accepting of it. People will compare this too the MKIV supra, which will be hard to live up to. I would have preferred this to be a new car all together, new name, and enthusiasts might have liked it more as a new toyota sports car.

It would still be wrong priced for a Toyota regardless of name. As a $50K Lexus MAYBE...

Toyota probably thought if people can pay 100k for the LC500, why not price this lower. I'm not sure what the LC sales numbers are, but I don't think they are selling a lot of those. I think people would have paid this price if the car was on the LC platform and a Toyota motor.

The LC is priced $25K too high and they have to come off the price $25-30K to make the sale in some markets.

No... That would be the Acura NSX or whatever the current flagship is called

This would be #2 on the list

Got a BMW engine inside so it going be fast but the looks of the Supra are not to good!

Half assed/lazy attempt by Toyota farming this out to BMW for a "Bupra" and I'm sure the sales will reflect such as consumers vote with their wallets. Toyota is capable of so much better (reliability) and frankly owed a much better effort (design) to the customers of Supra's. Way to squander a golden opportunity.

Why does it look like a cross between a Nissan 300Z and a BMW Z4?
