NAME and SHAME! Which All-new, 2018 Vehicles Have Been The BIGGEST TURKEYS?
While we do like to count our blessings here and thank our lucky stars at AutoSpies for all of the good things we have come to experience in life, we'd also be remiss if we didn't call out the other side.

You know what they say, "With the good comes the bad."

Although today represents a day of thanks, we also wanted to elevate some of the vehicles that didn't live up to expectations in 2018. Feel free to call out the outright flops too, Spies!

These are the vehicles that are simply poor products, didn't connect with the market, leave you wondering how the automaker is still in business or, for whatever reason, just isn't your cup of tea.

That said, Spies, we want to hear it straight from you: WHICH all-new 2018 vehicles have been the BIGGEST turkeys of 2018?

The Arteon isn't even available yet, so I have no doubt it will either be a 2019 or 2020 model year. Doesn't count.

It does count. First of all it is out. Secondly it has been shown to dealers. The dealers were not amused at the notion of a $45K Passat.

The Arteon is NOT out yet:

"Volkswagen of America is pushing back the arrival of its Arteon sedan to early 2019 from an original on-sale date of late 2018."

YOu missed the BASE Model 3 from your list

Obviously it missed the fall projection again.

@MBGuy The Arteon IS out in Europe and VW USA has them running around here. The release date for the USA was pushed back because the dealers do not want a $45K Passat.

@Xjug The sad thing is that the guys down voting me think they are hurting my feelings because that is what their narcissism tells them.

MD, I'm in good company. I wonder which car on my list they objected to.
I meant to add the Eclipse to my list.

You made the mistake a few times of thinking for yourself. The Intolernati (sic) here hate with a bloody passion anyone who thinks for himself.

New GM Pickups. So much opportunity wasted.

Dishonorable mention... Stinger. Seen two on the road here in six months.

The problem with the "new" GM pickups is that they really aren't new. They are more of a styling redo over familiar mechanicals.

Actually - the Chevy Trucks are NEW underneath - lots of changes there - it is the lack of progress in the interior that kills the new Chevy Trucks for personal buyers. And while the Trucks do look a little newer - they still are not that different from the last generation - Sort of like a Camaro style New Generation - that looks the same.

Actually the Chevy trucks are NOT new underneath. Crawl under them, dumbass, before you act like you know something.

Did you know Elon Musk invented a better way to snap towels? The special towels are expensive, but you get a tax break on them.
