2020 Explorer Interior EXPOSED! Is It What You Were Hoping For?

Following last month’s spy shots that gave us the best look yet at the 2020 Ford Explorer’s exterior, we now get to see the upcoming SUV’s interior completely undisguised.

The sixth-generation Explorer will be a significant departure from its predecessor, as it will shift from a front-drive layout with transverse-mounted engines to rear-wheel drive with longitudinally-mounted engines. On the outside, this will result in shorter overhangs and a modified dash-to-axle ratio.

Interior is kind of bland considering the segment but it's ok.

It looks oddly dated already.

Move up to the Aviator.

I don't think they should have put a vent on either side of the navigation screen...Put the vents underneath like the 911

so they cribbed the new Q3. ford is out of ideas. all american car ideas begin and end with retro and 6.2 liter v8's

Personally I like retro and V8's but then again I'm old, very old.

Looks on par with the segment...they couldn't make it too nice otherwise no reason to spend extra $$ on the Aviator. Only thing that looks odd is that navigation screen tacked between the vents.

You do know that responding to something in the thread in which it was said is a the correct protocol to follow, right?

Nice and boring. Exactly what a typical Explorer customer wants. Nothing offensive about it.
