True, that was cub scouts 101 tying knots and changing tires lol, however most luxury cars come with complimentary road side assistance on top of drives already having triple AAA, if I have the time, I’d get the fix on Tesla’s dime too

Certainly hope no one dies in these Tesla fires, but this seems to be the problem that is not going away for Tesla.

Is the fire problem contained to the Model S? I have not heard of any Model 3's or Model X's becoming FireBalls.

Last week we heard about an older story about a Tesla torching itself after it was involved in a Drive-By Shooting? I am waiting for the inevitable YouTube video of one of the auto-douche guys (Tavarish, Salamadrin, Stradman, Vehicle Virgins, or Doug DeMuro (who drove over an Audi All-Road with his LR Discovery)) to pull out a gun and shoot up a Model 3 for us on YouTube to see if it explodes. Wonder if that violates Turo Car Rental's terms of service?

SJD - can you ask permission at work for one of the hourly line workers at the Freemont plant, in the interest of science, to go out to the parking lot while on break, take their shotgun off the gun rack of their F150 and shoot up a Model 3 or a Model X so we can know if other Tesla's are prone to catching fire when shot?

Earnings announcement* for TSLA: Feb 06, 2019. Tesla, Inc. is estimated to report earnings on 02/06/2019. Tesla, Inc. (TSLA) Earnings Report Date - NASDAQ.com https://www.nasdaq.com/earnings/report/tsla

The real fire might be the incineration caused by Tesla's cash flow number.

Tesla Model S and Model X sales in Holland getting ripped to shreds by Jaguar I Pace, which has a waiting list,no less. Elon Musk (the lyin' Fool) now seeing what it means to operate in a non-monopolistic free market, complete with 250 competitors rolling towards him. Putting video games in your car's distracting center control panel ain't gonna hack it. Bud.

Soon, other car makers will copy Tesla's propensity to catch fire.
