#NAIAS: LEAKED! FIRST Official Pictures Of The All-new, 2020 Toyota Supra
One of year's most anticipated reveals of the past 12 months probably is the all-new Toyota Supra. There's just a couple problems.

First, Toyota has been stretching this out way too long. It's getting to the point of Lexus LFA ridiculous.

Second, there's been leaks and hints of the car for quite some time. Simply put, there's nothing to hide anymore.

And, now there's some breaking news. The all-new, 2020 Toyota Supra has been revealed by an internal hiccup. According to a forum user at Supra MKV, Toyota Germany sent these two images to them once they signed up for the vehicle's wait list.

Now that it's trying to being replicated, Toyota Germany is distributing two images of a camouflaged car.

All that said, it's pretty clear this is it and these are the two first OFFICIAL images from Toyota of the 2020 Supra. So, Spies, feast your eyes.

The styling is astoundingly terrible and misshapen. Even Supra fans are disgusted.

After all this the nose seems to be a different shape than all of the previews?

Looks are fine, but performance is where it needs to excel.

They should have just tooled up and made the old MK4 model and gone ahead with more power, bigger wheels and an updated interior. This is just sad.

Too rounded, should've been sharper
Toyota better give it a 450+hp trim

It need 400hp and a $35K price tag to overcome the ugly.

It someone showed me this picture and asked me my thoughts, I would have guessed that it was a rival for the MX-5 or BRZ.

But knowing that a top-trim level might be well over $60K, maybe even $70K, makes me shake my head a bit.

I happen to like the looks. It does not look like any other Toyo, and thats a good thing. Not much of a fan of the cookie cutter looks. Yes, thats a snap at the Audis of the world. Hope it comes with Apple or Android car play. Going back to it not looking like other Toyotas - with its long hood and short rear, if someone swaped with Nissan badging I would have said this was the new Z. So for me, Its a car I would consider.

I don't hate it, but I don't love it either. Need to see it in person first.

Exactly where I am at. Even with just photos I do like the wheels.

I also like to see it in person. Very often cars look much better or worse...

And even though fast n furious crowds have moved on to better things like saving the world from nuclear weapons and what not. I still think the new supra should get a big big spoiler!

Companies employ professional photographers to portray their cars in the most advantageous way possible. Thus, we have to assume that these corporate shots are the best the photographer can make it look. For this to be a stunner in person would imply that Toyota hires incompetent photographers for their product shots.

Personally, I was hoping for a presence more in line with a Corvette than a 370Z. The concept gave me hope for that. Unfortunately, we have what's clearly the big brother of the 86 or the poorer cousin of the RC.

I see it has the obligatory pie crust vents, plus the bonus ones on the front quarter panels. Actually this design could have been worse...they held back on the size of the front grill since it isn't a Lexus.

If this thing sells for over $40k, it's going to be a big FLOP. The styling is so 2010.

It's supposed to be more like $60K. It needs to be $35K base $$45K with all the bells and whistles. When it doesn't sell, the discounts will be steep.

If Toyota was smart, they would cut there losses now and just admit it is a mistake and not release the car. Do it right or best not to do it at all.

What I find bizarre is that the GT86 was a total failure using this same process so counterintuitively, Toyota repeats the process with a car costing more than twice as much.

The bizarre thing is that the RCF is a hoot to drive and pulling a Supra off it would have been SIMPLE.

The styling is too busy for my tastes. The original Supra the last generation was a much prettier car. I think Toyota should have made it larger. They could have used their tried and trusted V6 from the Camry and Lexus. Paring up with BMW is a clear signal that Toyota has zero confidence in any high volume potential for this car. I think Toyota has the platform in the Lexus Coupes. True they are a bit heavy but Toyota could have made the platform lighter for Supra duty. In fact Toyota could have had a company like Lotus do the engineering. With proper tuning the V6 would have sounded fantastic just like it does in the Lotus Evora. What the new Supra is actually is nothing more than a coupe version(and less attractive) of the BMW Z4 with slightly different suspension tuning.

Looks good, will definitely appeal to its target buyers, which is also definitely not some of the geriatrics here.

Once the import tuner boys sell enough meth to buy them, the demand will collapse.

As many have said, the styling is off. IMO they needed to flatten the car a bit by pushing the roof down and widening the stance.
But many times, the pics don't do the car justice. Maybe this version of the Supra will look better in person.
Or maybe that "push" I mentioned will need to go all the way to the ground.
