Study Reveals Ford And Mercedes Have The Best Customer Base

Ford and Mercedes-Benz scored the highest in their class in a Cox Automotive analysis of the benefits brought to dealers by their brands.

Ford tallied four A's and two A-minuses and collected enough bonus points to outrank Toyota at the top of the nonluxury ranking. The only blemish for Mercedes on the luxury report card was an A-minus as it narrowly topped Lexus.

Improved reliability/quality and less trips to the dealer have also helped the Benz experience. A decade ago this wasn’t the case for Mercedes and now the hard work and attention to quality is paying off.

I don’t think Genesis owners are too thrilled about visiting Hyundai dealerships for service and I expect their scores will increase when Genesis gets their own dealer network on the roll.

I’m losing hope for Jaguar in general....how long are they going to be comfortable with consistently finishing last?
