Ford Financial Review Confirms All Electric Mach 1 SUV Will Be In Showrooms By 2020

Ford’s all-new, all-electric SUV, known as the Mach 1, will be revealed later this year and arrive in showrooms by 2020, the firm’s financial review for 2018 has confirmed.

The company had previously confirmed the Mach 1 will be built on a dedicated EV platform and will have a range of 300 miles. The model has mostly been finalised and prototypes are expected to hit the road this year for development testing. The teaser shot shows the model’s Mustang-inspired rear lights.

Power generating utilities better stock up on oil and coal to fuel their generators to recharge the faux 'green' electric cars.
Lunatic liberals created this EV scam.

skytop, I think you are still living in the past.

Electric cars does not always mean "Green". They have instant torque, quiet and potentially maintenance needed. These alone make them better cars than ICE vehicles. Now if they start making better batteries and faster charging time and cheaper, the adoption would be far greater.

Monster, there are a lot of "ifs" to unpack in your comment. There exist a huge gap in time to refill. The cost is the biggest. The Model 3 without electric power is essentially equivalent to a Mazda 3 at roughly 3X the price. This is a giant gap to close.

Monster-The technology to make better batteries that charge faster is already starting this year. The latest from Porsche on the Tacan sedan is the quick charging time. In approximately 20 minutes a Tacan battery can charge 80% giving you 250 mile range.
