The Audi e-tron SUV Faces Delay Getting To Market In Europe — Womp Womp, Battery Issues

Bringing new electric cars to market is harder than it looks.

Audi's e-tron SUV was scheduled to go on sale in Europe by now, but its rollout in Europe has been delayed to next month, according to a report today from Automotive News Europe.

Um, no. A subcompact with 16 miles of electric range is not way ahead of an EV with 310 miles and much better performance and tech.

The article states that part of the delay is due to LG wanting to increase their price for the batteries and not a delay due Audi being able to deliver.
Think of it like a union saying they won't build the cars unless their requests (demands) are met.
I'm not sure who the responsible party is of the problem of the battery software, so I won't speculate on that one. Maybe it's Audi, maybe it's LG.
This is not the same scenario or issues Tesla had in their delivery/launch of their cars.
