RUMOR MILL: Tesla Model 3 Production Hits 8,000 Units A Week!

According to Bloomberg’s Tesla Model 3 Tracker, Tesla produced cumulatively more than 192,000 Tesla Model 3 and over 36,000 so far this quarter. At such a pace, Tesla should be able to produce between 70,000-80,000 Model 3 this quarter, which would be its best quarter ever.

The average rate of production for the past 13 weeks is at nearly 5,200 per week. The Tesla Model 3 Tracker shows also that the estimated individual results already increased beyond 6,000 and 7,000 with a peak at more than 8,000.

The number consists of officially announced production results in previous quarters and estimated production rates in the current quarter.

Is the tent back up? Is Elon sleeping in the factory again with his glue gun, furiously gluing together the Model 3's personally?

At what point will he start autographing and/or writing a personal note to the new owner inside the Frunk cover as a $5,000 option? Not bad idea! Some Tesla fish will definitely spring for a $5,000 autographed/personalized Model 3

Come on people give him some credit! He has built a leading edge American car company, engineering, designing and producing cars in America (not just screwed together in America), has shown real innovative out of the box thinking with things like a tent production line etc... and everyone here wants to tear him down. I don't get it? I think Elon will go down as one of the most (if not the most) important American entrepreneurs in the early 21st Century.
