Top Gear's James May Calls THIS The GREATEST Muscle Car EVER. Boy, Will You Be Surprised When You See His Choice.

May mentioned several of the vehicle’s merits in his review, such as its power, technology, and its quiet, comfortable ride. The former Top Gear host even acknowledged the vehicle as America’s next-generation muscle car.

“The "?" is the greatest muscle car America has ever produced — which means, it’s the greatest muscle car the world has ever produced,” May commented.

And WHICH car did he award this praise to? The Tesla Model S P100. Yes, you read that right.

So what say you Spies, has he gone MAD, or is he right?

lol. Interesting.

He purposely said a non-muscle car. But what’s the definition of a muscle car today?

Infiniti tried to market the M45 as a muscle car lurking thru suburbia. But then Chrysler released the 300C Hemi & the raw M45 was kinda swept to the side. There are recent midsized V8 sedans that definitely qualify as modern refined muscle cars.

The car was American innovation at it's finest. What a startup company accomplished is pretty incredible, whether you're a fan or not.

I could be wrong but I believe you have to work for Tesla before you can be fired by Tesla.

If the sound doesn't blow your mind and get your heart racing it isn't a muscle car. It may be faster but it ain't a muscle car.

James May goes to Beauty Salons and probably wears pink lace panty and a man's boob bra. I found May to be totally without any credibility.

Oh May is probably the most credible as he is the engineer and scientist of the 3. But it could be clearly argued that Tesla is the "muscle car" of EV's. Whether it falls into the category of a true muscle car remains to be seen. In the past the one key ingredient was a big stonking V8 engine. However today with not so good sounding turbo fours in both the Mustang and Camaro on offer it is certainly conceivable that an electric motor could be considered acceptable. This is particularly true given the incredible performance Tesla is capable of.
