Ex-Nissan Chief, Carlos Ghosn, On TIGHT Leash Now That He's Out On Bail...
No internet, no email and surveillance cameras to monitor his comings and goings.

After paying $9 million in bail, former Nissan chief Carlos Ghosn is out of a Japanese jail cell where he spent 108 days, but he must live under a host of restrictions while he awaits trial, which could be a year away.

As part of the bail deal arranged by his new legal team hired last month, Ghosn is banned from accessing the internet and email, and only allowed to use a computer not linked to the web at the office of one of his lawyers...

Succumbing to international public pressure, they bent the ultra strict Japanese rules and let him out on a tight leash. He should enjoy what limited freedom he has while he can.

Nissan is punishing corrupt Carlos Ghosn by forcing him to drive a used hi mileage Rio Kia.

@MD- The 44th President of the United States, Barack Obama pulled the trigger on green lighting a US Navy Seal Team to put a bullet in the head of Osama Bin Laden. Saved the world from a financial crisis and gave 38M Americans access to health care they could not get before. Don't hate. Don't boo. Go Vote! #2020 #mikedrop.

Except the Clintons and Obamas have not been charged with anything, but our Pssy Grabber in Chief is under how many lawsuits (and soon indictments)?

Rednecks will be rednecks.

Wow such harsh words from all of you guys... Ghosn rescued Nissan and he worked hard and was passionate about it. Investigators show that the nissan/renault gave him bonuses but Nissan denies it which makes me suspicious... I used to buy Infiniti and I was very happy that Ghosin came in and rescued the money losing Nissan/Infiniti. Short term memory of people just shocks me. As much as I love Japan, their justice system is archaic and pathetic period. Its not your prerogative to make that statement until he is proven guilty. Thats all. : )

True to all, I still think this is a political power play by the Japanese faction in Nissan, which is why they pulled this while Ghosn is in Japan. If this is the case, then it's too bad, because Ghosn had been a great automotive executive as snowboard7 said.
