Tesla Model 3 Wrap Up February By Becoming Best Selling EV In Europe

Tesla is already the top-selling BEV brand in Western Europe (see report for February) and the latest data provided by industry analyst Matthias Schmidt  suggest that the Tesla Model 3 is the top-selling model.

In the last month, about 3,724 registrations of the Model 3 were counted, which is several hundred more than in the case of the second top car, the Renault ZOE. Biggest markets for Model 3 were Germany (959) and Norway (791).

Reports are that March numbers are far higher. Norway alone has reported more than 2500 Model 3 registrations so far.

Wow...so much for the iPace as a Tesla-killer. Is that right? Just about 800 or so iPace units all last month?

Just like in the US, these inflated numbers cover back orders. The regular orders will fall below the iPace.

Forget the ipace....the Model 3 will run neck and neck with the 3 series/A4/C class globally once there is ample availability in all markets.
