Agreed... with that many people their consumption will always increase, which IS the economy. Many don't understand that the economy is you and me buying washing machines, food, clothes, etc... buying stuff = economy. When citizens have more money THEY can spend it (spurs economic growth), or save it (spurs finacial health-banks, investments, etc...)
