Tesla Introduces $399 A Month Lease Pricing, Are You Ready For An Onslaught Of Model 3 Owners On Autopilot?
Tesla launched its first lease program for Model 3 just a few weeks ago and it’s now significantly reducing the base monthly lease payment to just $399, but is also increasing the cash down amount.

For a long time, a lease program has been seen as a significant demand driver for Model 3 since leases are especially popular in that segment, but a balance between the cost monthly payments and cash down is important.

On April 11, Tesla launched a lease program for Model 3 over a year after first making the vehicle for sale.

If you have an old car to trade fine, but never put down cash on a lease. And if you can't use it as a write it off for business purposes, you really should not be leasing.

More tesla fanboy material. Autospies, if you are not monetizing your unending admiration for all things Tesla you are missing an opportunity.

If you don't like it, don't click. Then they don't get the click revenue and it's less likely they would continue. However, since many others do read the posts, you're likely stuck with them. So again, just don't click. Sheesh...

Tesla has a $0 advertising budget, marketing dollars are invested in the product. It's an interesting model if the product is good enough to speak for itself. They also have no commissions for retail employees.

SJD - Well - up until now they also did not need low priced leasing to move cars either.

Obviously - they are now nearing the end of the easy sales - and they will NEED to market their cars - especially when others will be doing it

Tesla is not offering this because they want to, but because they have to as demand has stagnated.
Same with the insurance. Rates are increasing enough to affect the buying decision.

@TomM - Correct, in the US they are done with the queue. All variants have been released, the wait is less than a week for any version down to the $35k one. Some people have gotten cars same day, at least one within an hour of ordering.

@Aspy11 - I don't get paid by Tesla, so... I suppose so? I love the brand, what can I say. I follow the company like a sports team.
